The Project
When employers across Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland identified critical skills gaps, the Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF) invested in helping further education providers respond. The challenge was explaining a complex regional programme in a way employers could quickly understand and engage with. Working alongside the Lincolnshire Skills Partnership, CMA led the strategy, content, photography, design and print production of a flagship publication that brought together eleven education providers, showcased funded projects and demonstrated how employer feedback was shaping the future workforce. A complete end-to-end editorial project designed to turn policy into a story people would actually want to read.
