We’re looking for a confident, experienced and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to build and deliver campaigns that actually move the needle. You’ll be a safe pair of hands on delivery – but also full of ideas, energy and ambition.
You’ll work across a wide range of sectors and channels, with the support of our creative and digital teams behind you. One day you might be writing a campaign for a national food safety brand; the next, you’re shaping strategy for a B2B tech company. Either way, you’re switched on, solutions-focused and ready to take ownership.
About you
We’re not hung up on job titles – but you’ll need to show experience running successful campaigns across paid and organic channels, with a strong grounding in content, email and analytics. You’ll know your way around platforms like Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn, and be confident writing copy and working closely with designers to bring campaigns to life.
This isn’t a hands-off role – you’ll be in the work, with the team, solving problems and delivering results for clients. You’ll also have the space to shape campaigns, pitch in with ideas and lead junior marketers with clarity and confidence.
You should be comfortable with:
- Planning, building and running campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- Writing clear, creative and compelling campaign copy
- Producing and sending campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot and ActiveCampaign
- Using data to evaluate performance and shape decisions
- Working directly with clients – running meetings, presenting ideas and building relationships
- Managing time, tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience managing junior marketers or external freelancers
- Have used HubSpot, GA4 or SEO tools like Semrush
- Know how to brief and review creative with a clear eye
- Enjoy solving messy problems and bringing structure to busy projects
- Can balance long-term planning with getting things done today
